Camella Cabanatuan - LOCATION
Camella Cabanatuan is located at Brgy. Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
The great thing about Camella Cabanatuan is that it is located right in the middle of the city proper. The main gate is right along the main Emilio Vergara highway, so public transportation is not a problem at all. In fact, even if you do not have a car or any kind of vehicle of your own, you will not have any trouble getting to any point in the city from the subdivision.
For instance, if you are looking for places to shop or if you are planning to do your weekly shopping, there are dozens of options that are just minutes away from the main gate of Camella Cabanatuan. If you are looking for shopping malls, you can choose between the NE Pacific Mall, Robinson’s Cabanatuan, Melanio’s, or the The Mall by Megacenter. All of these shopping malls are in downtown Cabanatuan and are, of course, reachable via tricycle rides. If you are just looking to do your groceries, then the Cabanatuan branch of Walter Mart is within walking distance from the main gate of the subdivision.
Schools and other learning institutions are also not a problem when you live in Camella Cabanatuan. Just a block away from the main gate, along Mabini Street, is the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology. This university is more than a hundred years old and offers a wide selection of undergraduate and graduate courses. The NEUST also offers vocational courses, which was the original function of the school when it was established during the turn of the century. Other than the NEUST, you can also find other colleges and universities within Cabanatuan, like the Good Samaritan College, Wesleyan University, and La Fortuna College to name a few.
Medical services is one of the major concerns of homeowners, and living in an area where hospitals and clinics are easily accessible is a great benefit. The good news is that this is what Camella Cabanatuan can offer you. For instance, just five minutes away by tricycle, you will reach the Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center, a fully-staffed private hospital that provides almost all medical services that you might need. Further downtown, you will find the Good Samaritan Hospital, which is run by the Good Samaritan College. Aside from hospitals, you will also find dozens, if not hundreds of smaller clinics and medical centers scattered within a 5-kilometer radius from Camella Cabanatuan, so you need not worry about accessibility of medical services.
If for whatever reason you need to travel to Manila, you will not have any trouble regardless if you will be taking a provincial bus or driving all the way there. If you will be taking the bus, you just need to take a short tricycle ride to the Cabanatuan City Transport Terminal that is located downtown then board one of the buses bound for Manila. If you are planning to drive, it will take you just a little over three hours (with moderate traffic) if you take the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) then exit at the southbound lanes of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).
